Situation Analysis
The 4D Consulting Group, lead by professionals with decades of industry, business
and legal expertise, have developed Fight Ready, a unique business solution which assist owners, employers and insurance companies in defending and defeating lawsuits. The product draws upon the valuable curation of both state and federal jurisprudence and statutes regarding drugs and alcohol, and the employer/employee relationship.

Fight Ready's leadership has identified ongoing opportunities to grow its business
through focusing on development of relationships in a number of identified industriesand in any number of regional markets. For its focus on the Boston, Massachusetts
metropolitan area, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the New England
Region,
Fight Ready has engaged TNG as a potential partner.

TNG is prepared to work in concert with, and under the direction of, Fight Ready
leadership to create and execute a business development, marketing and
communications program. The program will support existing business development undertaken by FightReady, as well as create new opportunities with identified constituencies.

As the only player in the market, Fight Ready has both an incredible business opportunity and a set of formidable challenges. The following are some of the challenges to be considered in this campaign and partnership (a non exhaustive list, in no

opportunities. Imperative to focus on the most fruitful opportunities and best
